Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland is the 2nd entry in the Arland trilogy and the 12th installment in Gust’s long running Atelier series. Here is the 2nd official trailer:
Atelier Totori takes place 5 years after its predecessor, Atelier Rorona: Alchemist of Arland. This time you play as Totori, Rorona’s apprentice. Totori main quest is to find her adventurer mother, but she will also learn alchemy and create her own adventures along the way. You can view the 1st official video here. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for the Atelier games, even though I’ve never finished one. I defiantly have Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland on my radar, but since it shares its release date of September 27 along side The Ico and Shadow Colossus Collection, Solatorobo: Red the Hunter, and Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny, I may have to wait to head back to Arland for more adventures. Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland is being released in two different versions. The regular edition includes just the game for $49.99 and the premium edition will include a premium box, art book, and soundtrack for $59.99, just like the premium edition of Atelier Rorona. You can pre-order it at Amazon right now or wait for a pre-order at Gamestop or Best Buy.
